Your child will be receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation on Wednesday, January 29^th at 6:00 PM at Blessed Sacrament Church (3012 Jackson Street). 

Dress for the evening: We will be in church, and we want the kids to know it is a special night, so use your best judgment on nice church clothes. This is not as fancy as First Communion, but it is going to be memorable in a very special way for your child, so please try to dress for the occasion.
 
Father has prepared a beautiful homily for us and will walk us through an Examination of Conscience. At the time of actual confessions, we are going to have the children go first. We will have teachers usher them to various priests around the church. Please keep your child in the pew until a teacher ushers them to a priest. After all children have finished, family members are very welcome to partake in the sacrament, as well. You can plan on an hour service.
